Interview with Rose

JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Rose: 6 mos probation no fines but i violated my probation by giving a dirty ua in wich i told my po before hand and we agreed i would get counciling i made the appointment as requested set for monday martin luther king day and on thursday before my po asked me to come to the office and had me arrested there

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Rose: they took me to c pod and when i wento court 2 weeks later the judge wanted to know if i had made the appointment, my po was on vacation and summer glenn said i was lying that i hadnt made the appointment wich in fact i had and my po had canceled it for me after i was aarrested so they had another hearing and my po lied and said he didnt know what i was talking about. I have transcripts of a recorded conversation where my po said he canceled the appointment but the judge had already sentenced me to 120 days plus 3 and half more years probation with no credit for the 55 days i had already been in jail, for a total of 175 days
