Interview with Freddy

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Freddy: there were four blocks there.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Freddy: They were named alphabetically, a was for pre-sentenced males,b was for sentenced males,c was for medical segregation, and d was for females both pre trial and sentenced.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Freddy: a was for pre-sentenced males,b was for sentenced males,c was for medical segregation, and d was for females both pre trial and sentenced. The medical block rarely had any inmates in it.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Freddy: All of the blocks were kept up. We were required to clean daily, common areas and sleeping quarters. They all had fresh paint and were equipped with television. We were given access to games and reading materials. The worst thing that i remember was the temperature. I was informed it was kept so low to keep bacterial growth at a minimum.
