JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Mona: well my pre sentencing process: i was notified my a deputy of Elmore county that i had a warrant for my arrest for top 2nd. I turned myself in that afternoon and was given a bond of 1500$. I made bail and was given a court date to see judge Reynolds

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Mona: no i was question at the elmore county sherriffs dept where i was also arrested and set a bond. The ivestigator was very nice and explainatory of the situation and let me know since it was my first time being arrested that i was innocent until proven guilty. so there

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Mona: My first court date was very long and drawn out. The court room was very packed we had to line up by name on the wall and wait to see the judge. While waiting i spoke to my court appointed attorney kenny james he was also very helpful in this situation

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Mona: My original charge was theft of propery in the 2nd degree i was charged with the same listed above
