JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Rhea: there were medications given four times a day
JM: How did you get your medications?
Rhea: medications were designated to four times a
days. we had to show our id each time meds were
given out
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Rhea: i never saw any punishment for abuse of drugs. i
would assume that dependent on what type of
abuse various charges could be given
