Good Behavior
Interview with Leo
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Leo: No Arizona offers no good behavior early
release. I was recommende for comutation of
sentence based on excessive sentencing in my
case. It was overturned by janet napolitano and
I recieved no early release.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Leo: There is no early release for good behavior in
the state of Arizona.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Leo: You cannot get early time off, you can only get
time added. 85% is your release date and if you
error then you do upto 100% of your sentence. I
worked as a firefighter and recieved no good
merrit for my effort.
