Interview with Rose
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Rose: wasnt an option in my case, only those sentenced
in municipal court could get two for one by being
trustee. superior court sentences would only
lessen fine and i didnt owe any.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Rose: two for one for trustee
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Rose: wasnt any time off for good behavior and i always
behave good. My father taught me how to be kind
and patient all i witnessed were people that were
ignorant to the law and there rights and people
who could not afford to hire there own attorney
and had court appointed attorneys who told them
they had to sign a plea
