Interview with Rose

JM: Did you find it difficult to get along with other inmates? Please give examples to explain why you did or didn't.
Rose: not realy except htey were the type of people io wouldnt talk to if i wasnt in jail and some of thenm i knew of on the outside and chose not to associate with ever.

JM: What types of things did you have to do to avoid problems or fights with other inmates?
Rose: I wore earplugs the whole time i was in there. I was nice to everyone I made commisary bingo night [a way to share with 30 others who didnt have any. I also helped others write letters to judges and post conviction relief and did things to make others smile

JM: Were you able to choose an inmate as your cellmate if you knew one? How often would your cellmate(s) change?
Rose: no and i was locked in a room with 30 beds people coming and going constantly. lots of others on probation violations just like mine the most time they got was 30 days most of them ten but i was happy for them when they got released at least some one was free
