JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Skylar: It was short and fast.....u kown will see you at
the next court date.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Skylar: no just got guestion when i got arrested.
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Skylar: well someting i dont really want to
remember....it was like any other court
judge,sittin in the chair two lawyer ready to
battle it out to find out what to do with
me....one person recording everything....more
cops to keep the peace..
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Skylar: attemped murder....
