JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Lesley: well i had a public defender that represented me and i would guess that he some how did his job o k since he got me the mid term wicth included 16 two five so I GOT STUCK WITH THE 16 MONTH BUT THOSE BULL PEN ARE REALLY HARD ON YOU

JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Lesley: NO I GO STOPPED AT THE STOREFOR BUSTING SOME ARTICLES TO FEED MY DRUG HABIT AND I HAD BEEN ON PROBATION THEY HELD ME THERE TIL IT WAS ALL OVER AND ALL THE DUE PROSCESS WAS DONE SO I GUESS THATS THE WAY IT GOES WHEN YOU VIOLATE YOUR PROBATION

JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Lesley: COURT WAS KINDA VERY SCARY ITS LIKE YOUR GOING TO SEE GOD TO DECDIDE YOUR FAITH LIKE ITS LIKE IF YOUR GOIN HOME WITCH WOULD BE HEAVEN OR IF YOUR GOING TO GO TO JAIL FOR SOME TIME THAT WOULD BE LIKE GOING TO HELL DO I EXPLAIN MY SELF

JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Lesley: WELL IT WAS A PETTY THEFT WITH PRIOR
