Interview with Rodney

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Rodney: 6 sections. 3 tiers per section, very old, broken out windows... 2 men to a cell.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Rodney: They called them something fancy but I can't remember.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Rodney: You had some units that were maximum and other units that were run of the mil inmates but they didn't separete by gangs or anything like that.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Rodney: The worst part was that I was from northern California and we're not well reecieve in southen Cal. I ran into a few problems it was kinda rough for a little bit. The best part was getting out every couple of days and walking in the California sunshine.
