Interview with Jeffery, Serena and Gary

JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Jeffery: Six months on a nine month sentence.
Serena: I was in El Dorado county jail for one month.
Gary: I was sentenced to a year of time to serve. When I heard this, I was pretty upset, but then I found out that Lake Tahoe has 1/2 time going on, so it was only going to be a total of 6 months.

JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Jeffery: No. Since i was already in custody prior to court and didn't manage to bail I was transported from the jail to my sentencing at the court less than a mile away.
Serena: I was suicidal so they put me in a horrible tiny room for twenty four hours, they made me wear a velcro padded suit and checked on me every fifteen minutes so i could not sleep. it was torture for a suicidal person, the opposite of what they should have done.
Gary: No. Because I was not in custody when going to court, they gave me 3 weeks to get my things in order and what not. It was actually vary nice of them to do for me.
