JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Tim: No. If you are sentenced they automatically give
you good time but there is nothing you can or
can't do to change that. You'll always do 2/3 of
your time and that is according to the jail. If
you are on a probation violation, probation can
request straight time for you and then you will
serve every day you are sentenced to.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Tim: See above.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Tim: None.
