Meals

Interview with Eric

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Eric: There are three meals per day all three could be a Stanwich or you could get a breakfast and dinner tray

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Eric: I would Ridgevale about one or two out of hundred because it was either a peanut butter and jelly Sam which was very low- quality clumpy peanut butter 1 PM watery p.m. butter and watery jelly on regular white bread that didn't look fresh and the Breakfast was a hard-boiled egg and cereal bowl that was as good as that sounds.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Eric: My favorite meal was the breakfast with the cereal and the peanut butter and jelly because you put the peanut butter and jelly and the cereal which is the best thing you get in there unless you buy Commissary

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Eric: I didn't get any commissary and the North County facility I don't think they have commissary there because people are only there for a couple of days but commissary usually about 4 to 10 times what it would cost in the grocery store.
