Good Behavior
Interview with Darcy
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Darcy: I was released from the jail on to EM device for
the last two months of my sentence. Not for good
behavior. And the jail is on half time right now
due to overcrowding so if you are given 6 months
you will serve 3
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Darcy: Was never explained to me
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Darcy: Yes, if you were written up for on to many IDR's
you could lose some of your time. It took many
right ups for this to happen though.
