Raymond: Yes both legal and illegal if you wanted.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Raymond: If you got sick you would go through the normal
processs of requesting to see the doctor. Then
they would get you med
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Raymond: If you got caught under the influence they would
add 90 days to your time.
