Interview with Ben and Katrina

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Ben: 3.
Katrina: 3.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Ben: I'd give it a 8.
Katrina: A 3. Yeah it was pretty bad.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Ben: Favorite? Not really. The weekends were the worse. All you got was a bologna sandwich and bean salad.
Katrina: A little treat was once a month they gave us backed chicken legs and the salad was pretty good.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Ben: They had commissary. You put money in on Monday. Make your order on Tuesday and you got to pick it up on Thursday.
Katrina: Every week you could order commissary if you had money in your account.
