Meals

Interview with Cameron

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Cameron: 3 meals a day.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Cameron: Honestly I would rate it a 1. The stuff you hear from the kitchen workers would scare everybody. One time one of them said they got in a bag of food that was labeled "not fit for human consumption."

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Cameron: Favorite was oatmeal. The worst was the bologna and cheese sandwich they would give you every day.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Cameron: We had commissary once week. I think 50 bucks was limit. You have to order by Wednesday and it comes on Friday.
