Meals

Interview with Todd

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Todd: 3

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Todd: Terrible. It really was. Watery instant mash potato. The very lowest grade of can beans. Never a salad.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Todd: Didn't have a favorite. The fried mystery meat meals where hard to cut and hard to chew. They were the worst.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Todd: Once a week they had commissary. Orders on Thursday and you would get the order on Tuesday. You could survive on what they had in there if you had the money to pay for it.
