Interview with Rex
JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Rex: They hold visitation once a week for about an hour. The
visitors must be screened before they are allowed in.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Rex: The check in process takes only a few minutes once they are
screened and searched. Once you are processed it doesnt
take long to be allowed in.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Rex: You sit in a room with several other inmates and your
visitors come in and sit behing a thick glass wall and you talk
over a phone that cuts in and out. Its nice to be able to see
your friends and family but its hard to visit in that
enviornment.
