Interview with Ben
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Ben: I was sentenced to 90 days. I had already served
59 of those days when the plea agreement was
reached and got credit for time served.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Ben: The booking process takes at least two to three
hours. There is one big holding cell that is
approx 15X20 room with a toilet, and there are a
lot of other inmates in there.
