Interview with Chandra
JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Chandra: Visitation was on Wed, Fri, Saturdays. People
could come to see you from 5-9 at night and 11-1
during the afternoon. You get 30 minute time
periods to use the TV's. Only 2 video monitors
per pod.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Chandra: They had to be on a visitation list. Inmate has
to submit their name on a paper to
classification. If you come and you are not on
the list they aren't going to let you in.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Chandra: It was through a video monitor.
