Visitor Policy

Interview with Clara, Carlos and Oscar

JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Clara: never
Carlos: You can get visits anytime. All they have to do is call up and make a reservation.
Oscar: multiple times a week. I can not answer this any further as I don't know the procedures for this out come as I had always been in custody and am not sure what you want to know else.

JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Clara: i dont know.
Carlos: You walk in and sign in. If you don't show up at the time they make a reservation you don't get the visit and you're left staring at blank TV screen.
Oscar: not sure I can not answer this any further as I don't know the procedures for this out come as I had always been in custody and am not sure what you want to know else.

JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Clara: i dont know.
Carlos: It was up by the booking room. They had places, with glass wall and on the other side of the wall was a monitor where the person used to be. We still had to talk to them over the phone but they were in another trailer on the other side of the jail.
Oscar: some video, some through a glass. I can not answer this any further as I don't know the procedures for this out come as I had always been in custody and am not sure what you want to know else. not sure other then the Seminole jail as that is the only place my girlfriend saw me at.
