JM: Did you always have access to necessary medications?
Matthew: Kane County Jail had a very good medical and
mental health staff.
JM: How did you get your medications?
Matthew: Medication was always administered up to three
times a day by the nurses bringing it around to
each cell block.
JM: What types of punishments were incurred for abuse of drugs? Did you ever witness this?
Matthew: There were many times hat people were caught
abusing prescription medicine but nothing was
ever done as far as I ever saw.
