JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time? Kyle: You had a work out area and an area for sitting
and watching tv and that really was about it.
It's not like they let us go outside or anything
of that idea. It would have been nice though.
You have card games and what not that you can
play but other than that you just get to sit
around and think. Lisa: None
JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details. Kyle: There was no such thing as "entertainment"
please. If there was I sure didn't know about
any. The only entertainment that we had was card
games between groups or a small tv to watch that
was about it. You have to spend your time either
in your cell thinking or up walking around
thinking. Lisa: TV
JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail? Kyle: Yes because all you do is just sit around. It's
not like you got to go outside and burn energy
or anything. Lisa: Yes I got fat haha
JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise? Kyle: Never. there was no such thing as having an
outside court time or anything.Being in a city
county jail thats what you get. There is no room
for outdoor activities. Lisa: Rarely if ever
JM: Did the jail offer church services? If so, what were they like and when were they held? Kyle: Not that I was aware of. That's a seperation of
church and state. that was out of the question
please. Lisa: Once a month
