Interview with Cody and Nicole
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Cody: I haven't been sentenced. I was in jail from
Dec 19 to St Patricks day waiting to be bailed
out.
Nicole: I did not get any sentencing. I was given court
supervision for 72 months.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Cody: Yes. I didn't like it at all. Just being in
the cell with all these criminals around me, I
didn't want to be in this place at all. The
beds are uncomfortable and they leave the lights
on all night.
Nicole: After my sentencing, I did not spend any time in a
holding cell, however, before my sentencing, I was
in a holding cell and later put onto the deck. It
was very boring. I was locked in a cell for the
majority of the day with another individual in a
very small, cold space.
