JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Terri: No, I did not. But my charge and sentence didn't
really fall under those pretenses.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Terri: I believe 15-20% but I am not quite sure.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Terri: Fighting, Contraband, Illegal items such as
tobacco, drugs, alcohol, disrespecting or
disobeying strict orders from a deputy or other
jail staff. Lying or stealing from other inmates
or jail property.
