Interview with Bruce and Elvira
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Bruce: I was sentenced for 180 days
Elvira: I took a deal of credit time served for the 14 days
I was in jail and 351 days of unsupervised
probation.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Bruce: I was taken back to a holding cell. I was in there
for an hour or so. No one was in the cell with me. I
was held so long that I missed dinner and didn't get
to eat until breakfast the next day.
Elvira: Yes I was taken to the holding cell by the court
rooms for 30 minutes and then I was taken to the
holding cell where the sheriff's take while you
wait for one of the CO to come get you for like 1
hr. Then I was taken back to my dorm and was
released in like 2 hours.
