Interview with George

JM: What types of facilities were available to help pass the time?
George: We had pool tables. We had access to the library full of books to read. We had a television to watch. We had cars to play card games with. We had free time to visit and socialize with other inmates. We even had a washing machine in there to do laundry

JM: Did you have regular access to the entertainment or was competition fierce? Give details.
George: Yes I had regular access to all the entertainment and facilities that were offered. I also could just stay in my cell and sleep.. It wasnt a fierce competition. It also, when I was there, not as strict as jails and prisons are now. It was a pretty laid back atmosphere

JM: Did you have a hard time staying in shape while in jail?
George: No you dont have a hard time staying in shape as you also had acces to free weights and trainers that taught you how to gain muscle

JM: How often did you get to go outside? What did you do outside if you were allowed to? If you were not allowed to go outside what could you do for exercise?
George: I was allowed outside everyday for a length of two hours consecutivly. We played basketball and football. Talked and sociALIZE. ran around the track provided.
