Interview with Travis
JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Travis: You aren't allowed to bring any clothing into the jail. All clothing
must be purchased from canteen or requested from property if the
inmate is indigent.
JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Travis: The uniform consisted of a jumpsuit top and jumpsuit pants. Each
inmate is issued two pairs of jumpsuit pants, two jumpsuit tops,
two pairs of socks, two pairs of underwear.
JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Travis: No. Everyone received the same articles of clothing during intake.
JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Travis: I'm not sure what the women wore.
