Interview with Karl and Willie

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Karl: Yeah, I did. If you went to AA meetings you got time off. Also if you did a GED course or worked in the library.
Willie: no, personally i was not awarded any "good time" based on good behavior as i was constantly fighting other inmates. Fortunately for others, they do offer "good time" in billerica house of corrections.

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Karl: They had 7 1/2 good days a month.
Willie: I heard it was 12 days a month, but i am unsure of that figure as i was not awarded any good time.

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Karl: Avoid confrontation with the guards or other inmates.
Willie: Fighting, smoking anything, making "home-brew" mouthing off to COs, peeing "dirty" Peeing "Diluted" (seriously, drinking too much water will make you stay in jail and go to seg this place is crazy horrible) All of this will make you go to "seg" and lose good time.
