JM: Did you have regular access to telephones?
Julian: if you have the money to buy a phone card but i
want pay or ask my family to pay $20 for 10
minuetes
JM: What types of charges applied for calling people? How much money would you guess the average inmate spends per week on phone calls?
Julian: i would say alot a few hundred dollars at 20 a
card i only got one once and its cuz i gave up
some nasty jail fish
JM: Did you need to buy phone cards to call out?
Julian: yes and if i re-call they where $20 for 10
minetes
JM: Did the jail screen your calls?
Julian: yes anything you said was recoreded
