Interview with Laura

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Laura: i believe there were 5 block in my specific area.

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Laura: the cells were named alphabetically, A B C D and E.

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Laura: im not sure if there were men in they same building as the females, but they were female inmates with low risk crimes spending a year or less in jail.

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Laura: the nicest part about the different blocks was the fact that you only had to deal with 10 other women as oposed to 100 or more different women. the worse part about the diffent blocks is you have interact with the same people on a daily basis and they can become annoying at some point.
