Interview with Jorge, Jeannette and Larry

JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Jorge: Yes. I served a few days over 10 months of a 12 month sentence.
Jeannette: no i did not get off early on good behaivor
Larry: I didn't neccesarily get off early but they give you day for day so that was considered when I was released

JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Jorge: 5 days off for every 30 served, I think.
Jeannette: I have no idea didnt ask
Larry: I'm not sure exactly I believe you can get it as long as you stay out of trouble

JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Jorge: Don't get put in the hole or get in trouble.
Jeannette: no i didnt i have no idea i know that jail has day for day where one day counts as 2 instead of 1 .
Larry: I never witnessed anybody losing they're good time but that's because they were usually moved off your floor after they got in trouble. You can lose your good time for fighting, possessing weapons. Lieing to the guards...there's a whole list of things.
