Interview with Dale

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Dale: You are generally provided with 3 meals a day

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Dale: The food is basic. Breakfast consists of coffee, juice, or milk, farina, toast, and fruit. Lunch is a sandwich of some sort, a drink, fruit, and maybe a small bag of potato chips. Dinner is a main course of something, vegetables, drink, and maybe a small desert of some kind

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Dale: No, I did not have a favorite or least favorite food or meal. All jail food is gross. It is designed to just give you the basic nutrients that you body needs to survive.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Dale: There are no other snack available outside of your 3 meals unless you order from the commissary list. That list consisted of things like sausage, cheese, crackers, soda, potato chips, and other personal hygiene products that you are not provided with
