Interview with Larry
JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Larry: you can have 3 pair of underware, 3 pair of
socks, 3 T-Shirts, 1 jogging suit every six
months.
JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Larry: We had the standard orange uniforms in two
piece. being pants and shirt, the shirt had a
single pocket on the front with ST.CLAIR COUNTY
JAIL labeled on the back and the pants were the
same with the lettering running down the left
leg.
JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Larry: No you usually want to try to get something
newer to try to look better in court but it
really oesnt matter.
JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Larry: Not that i am aware of.
