Interview with Larry
JM: Tell us about the pre-sentencing process:
Larry: Pre-Sentencing Process was fast. It took longer
to get a lawyer than anything else. Was left in
the dark about alot until i finally did get a
lawyer 2 months later. Judges seemed to be ok as
far as it goes. first lawyer i got left my case
for no apparent reason.
JM: Did you have police stop by your house for questioning? If not please give us details on how you came to be arrested.
Larry: No Police came to my house as far as i know they
sent the US Marshall service to arrest me while
i was helping a friend through a bad time in
huntsville alabama. they claimed i had been
there for months when i had only been there a
week to ten days.
JM: What was court like? Please give as many details as you recall.
Larry: Court was ok. When i finally got a lawyer
Randall Richardson he was most helpful. He
talked with all the right people. And did the
best he could which was great to say the least.
he ended up getting me a 15 split 4 months with
3 years probation. He did his job well.
JM: What were your original charges? What did you end up being convicted of?
Larry: Sex Offender Moving Violation Class C felony
