JM: How often could you receive visitors?
Troy: Once or twice a week. I know some people that
had two visits a week.
JM: Was the check-in process lengthy for those who came to see you?
Troy: I heard it was a pain. I didn't have any
visitors but some people attempted to come see
me. In the old jail you had to go in line and
schedule a visit. Before, you could come and
schedule it an hour before. Now you have to
schedule it on online. You can't even do it by
phone. My people didn't have internet access and
that is why they couldn't visit me.
JM: What was the visiting environment like?
Troy: The visiting rooms were on the block. Visits
were through a video monitor.
