Meals

Interview with Nathan

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Nathan: Three.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Nathan: I mostly lived off commissary.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Nathan: Breakfast was usually the best meal of the day. The evening meal was usually a sandwich.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Nathan: You could buy commissary. Ramen noodles were the main thing we lived off of. They cost 75 cents for a pack.
