Meals

Interview with Tim

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Tim: Three meals a day were provided.

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Tim: I would you rate the food as best for being in jail. There was enough most of the times to fill you up. Being mostly pre cooked ready made meals what is there to expect ? Some additional salt and pepper, hot sauce helps to make some meals taste better.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Tim: Breakfast was too early, so I would give it to someone else most of the time. No real least favorite meals.

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Tim: There were "snacks" offered outside of meals if one, you had a medical reason, or two, saved some of a previous meal. The commissary orders were taken a few days in advance. Some items were expensive.
