Interview with Adam
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Adam: 7 years Sis, 200 hours of community service, over the walls
program, $9,983.62 restitution to the victims. I was unable to
complete the financial obligation, my probation officer gave me
an option that either way would land me in prison so I decided
not to report to him anymore.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Adam: I was in holding for about 4 hours prior to sentencing, and an
additional 3 after. It was crowded, cold, miserable and I had to
stand the entire time. Seriously flawed.
