Interview with April
JM: How many meals did you get per day?
April: 3 meals a day each
JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
April: the food was horrible breakfast was served at 300
in the morning then lunch was served around 9 or
10 in the morning the last meal of the day was
served around 2 or 3 pm. every lunch was balony
and cheese an apple and a drink box it was
horrible
JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
April: the best meal in there was breakfast it was
usually cereal and you cant make that taste bad
the food was bad
JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
April: there was no snacks offered and the commissary was
very expensive. nothing was given to you
everything had to be bought. soap ,wash cloth
socks. all of the prices were doubled and tripled
from outside
