Interview with Ricky and Frank
JM: How long was your sentencing for?
Ricky: my sentencing was 1 year of probation but I left
the state
Frank: I was sentenced to a year of probation due to it
being my first felony offense.
JM: Did you spend time in a holding cell after your sentencing? If so, what was that like? If you didn't where did they they take you instead?
Ricky: when the sentenced me I was taken back to jail
and let go at 9 at night but I was not able to
make a phone call to anyone to let them know
Frank: yes i was taken back to jail and was supposed to be
released later that day. I was held an extra day
due to having detainers.
