Closing Advice

Interview with Helen and Leon

JM: What else would you want a friend or family member to know if they have a loved one going to this jail?
Helen: Warren County Corrections wasn't that bad. I haven't been in trouble to ever be put in jail so I can imagine that it could be worse. I'm not good with being locked up but considering the situation, I understand.
Leon: There aren't many fights and the CO's don't mistreat people. The jail itself is relatively clean so theres really nothing to worry about.

JM: If somebody knows they will be serving time in this jail what is your advice to them?
Helen: I would tell them not to worry. Warren County is a decent place. It's a lot better than other jails that I have heard about. They seem to care about the inmates.
Leon: It's initials are WCCC, which stands for Warren County Clown College. It's not scary, it's just boring. You'll be fine. You'll have a lot of time to sit and think. My advice is to try and think of how you can improve yourself so you won't have to go back once you're free.

JM: Please list any other jail or rehab facilities you have been to.
Helen: I was in Northampton County jail as well for child support. I was just going through a tough time financially.
Leon: I spent a night in Morris County and have been to inpatient rehab twice.
