Interview with Charles and Nick

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Charles: 3 if you could eat them.
Nick: 3 three

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Charles: I'd give it a 4.
Nick: Awful, every meal you go was cold, the carts may sit outside the pods for 15 to 20 minutes before meals are served.

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Charles: Favoriate was antyhing with meat in it. Worst for me would be when they gave out the ham that was still wet with water.
Nick: No a cold 2 day old McDonald burger would have been better

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Charles: You could get commissary if the family deposited. They had it once every 2 weeks.
Nick: Yes there was always commissary that offered cookies, chips,cool-aide and coffee.The proportions of the snacks were about 1/2 of what you would normally buy and about the same cost
