Interview with Sheila

JM: How many different blocks were there?
Sheila: I think there were 4 different blocks

JM: Did they have names? If so, what were they?
Sheila: Yes they had names however I do not remember the names

JM: Which types of inmates were housed in the different blocks?
Sheila: Solitary Confinement for inmates that broke the rules, mental health house for inmates with mental illness issues, non-violent crime inmates and violent crime inmates were housed in different locations in the jail

JM: What do you remember being the nicest and worst parts about the different blocks?
Sheila: The nicest part of being in the blocks is that they are air conditioned and I was sentenced during the summer months June thru August. I worst part was having to use the bathroom and shower in front of other inmates and male officer also having to smell others odors
