Good Behavior
Interview with Diana
JM: Did you get off early based on good behavior?
Diana: No I was not released early due to good behavior.
JM: What is the most time off you can receive for good behavior?
Diana: As far as I know you could not receive time off for
good behavior unless the jail was filled to
capacity and they needed to make more room.
JM: What types of actions do you need to avoid in order to get time off? Did you ever witness somebody losing time off for good behavior?
Diana: I never witnessed anyone losing time off for good
behavior and as far as I know there were no actions
to avoid in order to get time off. The only thing
they did was add charges never did they reduce
time.
