Interview with Kristen, Grant and Enrique

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Kristen: 3
Grant: three
Enrique: we where given three meals a day

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Kristen: F bad I would loose some weight if I had to stay a long time
Grant: it is what you expect; cheap, starchy, institution food, very bland. lot of grits and instant potato. food is brought into the pod so it usually is cold
Enrique: the food was about a 6 out of a 10 ,the food was sometimes good and sometimes bad ,the meals where small portions ,but will get what you need nutritionally and usually has a good smell ,because everyone is hungry.but some of the food tasted bland ,and some of the meat was a mystery

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Kristen: none
Grant: no
Enrique: yes my favorite was breakfast ,the turkey sausages,eggs and sometimes grits where the bast meal,the least where the mystery patties at dinner and sometimes luNCH

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Kristen: no
Grant: no
Enrique: YES ,they was snacks after meals that where delivered ,and you had to order off a list in the morning on order to get your commissary,,NOODLES,HONEY BUNS,DRINKS,SMALL SNACKS ,BUT THEY STARTED CUTTING OUT THE SUGARY FOODS,commissary of course was not that expensive,but with no money it was.
