Interview with Katie

JM: How many meals did you get per day?
Katie: Three meals were served with fake juice

JM: How would you rate the food? Please give details of why.
Katie: The food was horrible and you would often find hairs or bugs on the trays. Kidney beans and pinto beans mixed with bologna??? Who does that? Not to mention the fact that you get potatoes with everything and no salt and pepper either. Very tasteless and nasty. I switched to a vegetarian diet so I could get peanut butter sandwiches and no more bologna!!! You would have bologna 3 times a day

JM: Did you have any favorite/least favorite meals?
Katie: All I can say is ask for a vegetarian diet as soon as possible and enjoy peanut butter and noodles

JM: Were there any other snacks offered outside of meals? What was commissary like and how expensive was it?
Katie: no snacks were offered unless you were diabetic or pregnant otherwise it was just three meals a day and fake juice. The snack bags they give comes with a sandwich a bag of chips and a milk. Canteen is ordered once a week and a 40 dollar limit! Order wisely
