Interview with Ruth

JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
Ruth: County jail non. EWCC state issued. HCCC and Avalon I got to wear my own clothes. At EWCC you were able to purchase jeans and the shirts offered to us blue and yellow button ups.

JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
Ruth: RCJ- Black and white scrubs EWCC - Gray T-shirt, with either gray button-up or pull over. with gray elastic or button up pants. Those able to afford jeans could wear them. A gray t-shirt always required.

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
Ruth: none that I can suggest

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
Ruth: not sure
