Clothing

Interview with James, Jerry and Troy

JM: What clothes could you have brought in to wear in the jail (underwear, socks, etc.)?
James: sweats, a suit, orange flip flops that were ugly
Jerry: No you wear what they give you which is a pair of underwear socks shirt an a jump suit
Troy: None, they had everything and counted the items given and at one time held back extra socks cause i was cold but they took them and repromaded me during an inspection.

JM: If you had a set uniform, what did it look like? Please be specific about each piece of clothing issued to you.
James: Green, it said lane county on it
Jerry: The uniform was a Orange hump suit all one piece that button down the middle of it an doc on the back of the hump suit
Troy: Plain jane with the name of the jail on it is all. Pants, shirt, socks and underwear is all i can recall. Nothing more or less

JM: Were there any assigned clothes in high demand that an inmate should look for when getting clothing assigned?
James: No, they were all the same sometimes socks were fought over though
Jerry: Not that I'm aware of but it is a good possibility
Troy: No as each was only allowed what they said, nothing more or less

JM: Was the clothing different between men and women?
James: yeah kinda not really though
Jerry: I'm not sure of this
Troy: Didnt see women so unsure
